Refund policy
At Just Party, our goal is to bring joy and satisfaction to our customers through every purchase. Please read the following carefully to understand our replacement and return terms.
Replacement Only Policy
We follow a Replacement Only Policy. Customers can request a replacement of their purchased product for another product of equal or higher value (with the price difference to be borne by the customer).
Returns & Refunds: Products can only be returned for a refund if the item delivered is damaged.
Damaged Product Cases: If you receive a damaged product, you must contact our customer support team at support@justpartyindia.com within 2 days of receiving the product, along with adequate proofs such as clear photos or videos of the damage.
Once verified, we will initiate either a replacement or refund process as per your request.
Easy Returns & Replacement Policy
All replacement/return requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.
All refunds/replacements will be processed only after successful delivery of the returned product back to our warehouse.
Upon inspection and approval of the returned product, we will proceed with your replacement/refund.
Note: Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all included parts, freebies, and the original receipt. Ensure the product is properly packed when sending it back.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
The returned product will be checked for the following conditions:

| Correct Product | Image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be intact. |
| Complete Product | All in-box accessories (manuals, setup accessories, etc.), freebies, and combo products must be returned. |
| Unused Product | The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without stains or tampered seals/tags. |
| Undamaged Product | The product must not have scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
| Undamaged Packaging | Product’s original packaging/box must be undamaged. |
If an incorrect product is handed to our courier partner, Just Party will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft of such product while in transit.
If products purchased under an offer (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are returned, all items from the offer must be returned together.
How Returns/Replacements Work
Placing a Request: You can place your request through our website, by e-mail, or by contacting our customer support team.
Verification: Once your request is placed, our team will verify it. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).
Reverse Pickup Time: Generally within 7 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). In rare cases, there may be unavoidable delays due to logistics issues.
Self-Return Option
For certain pin codes where pickup service is not available:
Send the product through a trackable courier to our warehouse (address will be provided after approval).
Share the AWB number, shipping company name, and scanned courier receipt with us at support@justpartyindia.com.
These details must be shared within 7 days from initiation of the return, otherwise the request will be closed automatically.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if you received a damaged product and submitted proof within the allowed timeframe.
Refunds will be processed only after the product is received in our warehouse and passes quality checks.
The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (shipping and COD charges are non-refundable).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account (bank details must be provided by you). Please ensure the details are correct, as Just Party will not be responsible for errors.
For self-return cases, we may reimburse return courier charges up to 10% of the product price or ₹500, whichever is lower (against proof of receipt).
If a pickup is refused or the product is not returned after a refund has already been issued, Just Party reserves the right to recover the refunded amount.
