With a strong background in business operations and a results-driven mindset, Sahil leads the brand’s market expansion, channel partnerships, and supply chain management. His focus is on building scalable processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless delivery from production to customer experience.

Known for his strategic execution and deep understanding of the Indian retail and e-commerce landscape, he has played a key role in growing Just Party’s footprint across marketplaces and retail channels. His leadership in operations and customer success has been instrumental in positioning the brand as a reliable partner for joyful, hassle-free celebrations.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Pragati brings a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking to the brand. With a deep passion for design-led innovation and user experience, she leads the development of high-impact, ready-to-use party kits tailored for modern Indian celebrations.

Drawing on a strong foundation in business and consumer behaviour, she is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, overseeing creative execution, and ensuring every offering aligns with the brand’s mission to make party planning effortless, joyful, and memorable. Her leadership continues to drive Just Party's evolution as a trusted and trend-forward name in the celebration space.
